• Caps: 215 mg sodium, 63 mg potassium, 22 mg calcium and 11 mg magnesium.
• Caps Plus: 190 mg sodium, 53 mg potassium, 14 mg calcium and 7 mg magnesium, plus 30 mg caffeine.
