- Pos Laju
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are as follows:
- East Malaysia: Flat Rate RM8
- West Malaysia: Flat Rate RM14
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Please note that we process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online through our chosen courier service provider.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Delivery Attempts
