Directions for Use:

Mix one sachet with water, an isotonic drink, juice or your preferred beverage. Drink approximately 30 minutes before exercise or slowly sip during exercise. Adjust the amount of water to your preferred taste and follow the directions on the product packaging. Do not use hot water or prepare the drink overnight.
